Tommie Divine-Alford is the founder of Longhorn Staffing Solutions. Prior to forming her own recruiting firm, Tommie served as the Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Site Services for CDI Corporation. Tommie previously worked for Willbros and was instrumental in significantly improving the company's strategic workforce planning needs while attracting, retaining and recruiting a differentiated workforce at all levels. Tommie is a member of several professional business associations, including the Global Recruiting Association, Global Energy Professionals, National Association of Women Owners, Women's Energy Network and International HR Professionals.
